Information collected

The full quote form may collect a business name, email address, phone number, requested service, budget, timeline, and optional project or context notes. The quick-question form collects an email address and question. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive information.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to a request, prepare a requested proposal, maintain reasonable business records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. KWG Design does not sell inquiry information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Service providers

Formspree processes form submissions and sends them to kwgdesign364@gmail.com. Under the approved launch plan, the Free account's dashboard history is allowed to expire under its current 30-day limit.

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate website usage and performance information without using cookies or collecting personal data for profiling. Provider behavior and terms will be rechecked at launch.

Retention and sharing

Retention

Legitimate non-client inquiry emails may be retained for up to 12 months after the last inquiry activity, then deleted unless the person becomes a client or a longer period is reasonably needed for an active proposal, contract, accounting, dispute, or legal obligation. Obvious spam and accidental sensitive submissions are deleted as soon as practical. The inquiry mailbox is reviewed quarterly.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and communication path, or when legally required. No V1 advertising profile, payment processing, website account, file upload, or email-marketing enrollment is approved.

Security

KWG Design uses practical safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, unique account credentials, two-factor authentication where supported, and restricted handling of credentials. No website or service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

To ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion of inquiry information, email kwgdesign364@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for an active agreement, accounting, dispute, or legal obligation.

Children and changes

Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and KWG Design does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

This notice may be updated when website features, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective or last-updated date will be revised when the public notice changes.
