01 / Custom Website Design

Most complete starting point

Professional five-page website

Starting at$500

Complete five-page draft target: about two weeks after proposal approval and receipt of all required client materials. This is a target, not a guarantee.

Important boundaries

Reproducible technical defects in the approved build are corrected separately. New pages, new features, redesign requests, ecommerce, and other major additions require separate scope.

The website price covers website work only. Domain setup is a separate $20 service that includes setup and payment for one year of the approved registration. The client owns the domain and is responsible for later renewals.

02 / Redesign & Upgrades

Starting at $300

Refresh an existing site

Refresh up to five existing website pages with an updated UI/UX direction, clearer navigation, improved responsiveness, stronger conversion paths where applicable, and relevant baseline SEO upgrades.

Boundary

This starting service is limited to UI/UX and SEO improvements on the existing site. Platform migration, replacement of the codebase, ecommerce, substantial content restructuring, or major new functionality is treated as a new website and receives a separate quote.

03 / Google Business Profile

Starting at $100

Set up an eligible profile

Set up or configure one eligible Google Business Profile using accurate client-supplied business information. Work may include categories, hours, services, service areas or address configuration, phone, website connection, logo, photos, and other available core details.

Owner and Google control

The client owns the profile, supplies accurate information and assets, and completes verification required by Google. Google controls approval, verification method, publication timing, and continued listing availability.

Ongoing posts, review responses, photo uploads, optimization, appeals, or profile management are not included unless separately scoped.

04 / Updates & Support

Starting at $30/hour

Keep a KWG-built site current

This service is intended for previous KWG Design clients whose websites were created by KWG Design. Work may include upgrades, integrations, text edits, color or style edits, SEO optimizations, and similar changes.

Boundary

A one-hour minimum applies, for a minimum charge of $30. Work beyond the first hour is billed at the same hourly rate.

Larger changes, major functionality, ecommerce, extensive redesigns, or work that is effectively a new website may receive a separate project quote.

What clients provide

Your facts and materials keep the work accurate.

Original client-supplied artwork and photos are preserved as provided and modified only when the client specifically requests or approves the modification.

  • Existing website copy, service descriptions, business details, biographies, policies, and other relevant written material.
  • Professional artwork and photos they have the right to use.
  • Accurate contact, service-area, profile, and ownership information.
  • Final written content and approval of public claims.
  • Timely review and approval at project checkpoints.
  • Verification steps required by Google or other providers.

Services not automatically included

Professional copywriting, photography, legal advice, and trademark or copyright registration are not included unless separately approved.

What can change the starting price?

Extra pages, ecommerce, custom features, major integrations, missing materials, substantial content work, and other needs outside the starting scope may change the price or timeline. Any addition is reviewed before work begins.

Who owns the domain?

The domain and registrar account use the client's information and belong to the client. KWG Design may assist with setup and connection, but the client is responsible for later renewal charges unless an agreement says otherwise.

What happens after launch?

The standard starting website package includes one month of service beginning on the live launch date, with up to 10 total hours of minor text and image changes. Reproducible technical defects are corrected separately.
